MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR:


    Kristi Kong began studying Pilates in 2003 for weight loss and fitness purposes.  In 2009 after the birth of her daughter, she decided to pursue her dream of teaching Pilates.  In February 2010 Kristi became a Certified Mat Instructor through the PhysicalMind Institute of New York City and shortly after began Apparatus Training.  She received her Associates Certification in December 2011, and after completing apprenticing training and passing her final exam, received her full Pilates Certification in August 2012.  Kristi is continuing her education with workshops, courses and her Mentors to enhance the benefits of Pilates for her clients.
